Built for the abuse that will occur while performing the farmers walk we have once again designed a rugged and unforgiving training tool. If you are not familiar with the Farmers Walk this is not for the faint of heart, it is a grueling, sweaty and just plain nasty exercise, but it works! It will separate the men from the boys and for this reason it is always included in STRONGMAN COMPETITION. The benefit of doing a Farmers Walk is for building strength and stamina, starting with your grip it will engage the arms, shoulders, back and legs. The amount of weight and distance you carry the FARMERS WALK HANDLES will be determined by how bad you want it.
