Methods for Placing an Order with Torque Athletic:
Online Ordering: Online ordering can be done from anywhere, at anytime, 24 hours a day. We have provided a secure “shopping cart” system to allow you to select the products you want to buy as you browse our website. When checking out, we have provided a secure SSL protected shopping cart to protect your privacy and personal information.
Fax Orders: You can fax your order to 1-812-673-4901 any time, 24 hours a day. Faxed orders do require a follow up contact by email to verify your shipping charges. When ordering by fax, please include your name, mailing address, email, phone number, and a good time to call, so you can be notified of the shipping costs for your order. Please indicate on the faxed order your method of payment (check, credit card or money order).

Torque Athletic Payment Options:
Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard and Discover
Money Orders – Money Orders must be in U.S. funds. Please make sure your name is on the money order. We will ship your product(s) as soon as the money order is received.
Checks – We accept both personal and corporate checks provided the following terms are met. The check must be in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank. No starter
checks will be accepted. Your name must be pre-printed on the check. Your physical address and telephone number must also be on the check, either pre-printed or hand written. Your order will be shipped as soon as the check clears our bank.
Wire Transfers – We do accept wire transfers. For wiring instructions, please email us at customer@torqueathletic.com for further instructions. Your order will ship as soon as the appropriate funds have been received.

Shipping:
We do accept International Orders. Please email us at customer@torqueathletic.com, with your name, location and coutry and one of our representatives will be happy to assist in placing the order.
We take pride in the fact that most orders are processed the same day they are received. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for UPS delivery.
Oversized and heavy items over 100 lbs are shipped by freight carrier. With freight carrier shipments, inside delivery is not available. Should you need installation service, please contact the main office at customer@torqueathletic.com and we will assist in making arrangements. (Any additional fees will be determined at this time.) With freight orders, it is the receiver’s responsibility to unload and install product(s), unless installation arrangements have been pre-arranged.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so orders shipping to a P.O. Box will be shipped by USPS.

Sales Tax:
Only Indiana residents are subject to sales tax collected by Torque Athletic. Check with your state tax authority to be sure you are not subject to local taxes.
International customers may be subject to taxes payable to your own country upon receiving your shipment, but we do not collect or know what amount these taxes will be. Check with your country’s tax authority for more details about these importation taxes.
Damages:
Merchandise damaged during shipping or shortages (missing items) must be reported to Torque Athletic within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and packaging. We will then replace any confirmed damaged or missing merchandise at the expense of the shipping carrier.
Please inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery before signing off with the driver.
Damage occurring during shipment must be noted with the delivery driver in order to file a claim for the damages. Failure to do so may result in a claim being rejected. Keep all original packaging and merchandise as received. Damage claims must be filed with the freight carrier before we can replace lost or damaged merchandise.
Returns:
Torque Athletic welcomes all returns and exchanges. Just return the item with a letter that provides your name, contact information, the reason for the exchange or return and instructions regarding your wishes regarding the exchange or refund. Full credit will be issued for merchandise returned within 7 days of your receipt of shipment. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns after 7 days. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will be charged to all equipment returns.
Custom made or customized products orders may not be returned.
With the exceptions of shipping errors, refunds or credits are not issued for shipping charges.

Back Orders:
We regularly update our inventory levels to maintain our customer’s needs. However, sometimes a demand for a product exceeds our estimated inventory stock and we may run out of an item. In this case, we immediately issue production orders to replenish the low stock. If any product is not in stock for an order, we will ship out the in stock items immediately and the backordered item as soon as it becomes available. No customer will be charged for items on backorder until the items are shipped.
